For other USB-C devices like Insta360 Flow series gimbals or USB-C smartphones and tablets, the TX + RX bundle is required—the receiver plugs directly into your device’s USB-C port. However, it’s important to note that the Mic Air is not compatible with other Insta360 cameras such as the X3, ONE RS, One R, or One X4. These models require Insta360’s proprietary mic adapter and a 3.5 mm or Bluetooth microphone for external audio input.
