Warranty Policy – Insta360.ae

Shift Electronics LLC is the Authorized Distributor of Insta360 in the Middle East and is responsible for all warranty-related matters for products sold on Insta360.ae.

Warranty Coverage

All Insta360 products purchased through Insta360.ae are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What’s Covered:
  • Defective hardware components
  • Malfunctioning internal systems (software or firmware-related issues)
  • Manufacturing defects
What’s Not Covered:
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, dents, discoloration)
  • Damage due to improper storage or handling
  • Loss or theft
  • Consumables such as batteries or accessories unless found defective upon delivery
Warranty Claim Process

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect and is eligible for warranty service:

  1. Email us at orders@shift.ae with your order number, proof of purchase, and a detailed description of the issue.
  2. Our support team will assess your claim and provide further instructions.
  3. If the warranty claim is approved, you may be asked to return the item to the following address:

If your product has physical damage and is not covered under warranty, you can request repair directly via Insta360's official repair portal:
