Where do we deliver?

We offer delivery to UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Lebanon, Jordan, and Egypt.

What are your UAE delivery options?

After finding that perfect camera, you feel you can’t wait any longer to get your hands on them, you need them in no time!!!

Well, we made it possible now for Dubai residents by offering the following shipping options both FREE of cost:

Dubai

Click & Collect > Collect your items the next day, faster than we can deliver, from Insta360.ae HQ in Al Quoz 1. This is possible if your order is placed before 3 PM local time. You may collect your package the day after any time between 9 AM - 6 PM (from Monday - Friday) 

Free Express Delivery over 100 AED in Dubai > Estimated Delivery 1-2 working days.
Dubai orders will be delivered using the Insta360 logistics team!

Other cities across the UAE


Express Delivery > Estimated Delivery 3-4 working days at a flat shipping rate of 20 AED, independent of the weight or dimension of the package.
The orders inside the UAE (other than Dubai) will be delivered

What are your International Delivery options?

Standard Delivery > Estimated Delivery is 5-7 working days in GCC given a smooth customs clearance process.

International orders are dispatched within the same day if placed before 1 PM UAE time [excluding Saturday - Sunday]. If the order is placed after 1 PM, we will do our best to dispatch the same day, but we can only promise it will leave us within the next business day.

The applicable Shipping Rates will vary depending on the destination (country and city), weight & dimension of the products you have purchased. This information will be shared with you on checkout and added to your bill.

I ordered…..where is my product?

Waiting for that phone call to inform you of the arrival of your product? Counting the minutes and the hours?

We should have sent you the details of your delivery by e-mail. If shipped using Aramex, you will be able to track your order using the Aramex tracking number provided in the e-mail. You can also log into your account for additional and detailed shipping information for your order.

What if my order is late/gets lost?

If your delivery has been delayed, please contact us and we will provide you with the tracking number to enable you to track it directly with ARAMEX.

Any order discrepancies relating to missing/lost items must be reported to us in writing via our contact form within 24 hours of receipt of your order. We cannot refund or replace lost items until 30 working days after the date of dispatch until ARAMEX classifies items as being lost. We can't resend orders until they are classified as lost. Items not received but tracked as being delivered frequently happen when items are delivered to someone else who has signed for them at the delivery address. Please note that we cannot refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered.

Providing the correct delivery address is the responsibility of the purchaser. We cannot take responsibility for the delivery of goods to an incorrect address or delivery to a non-existent address. Refunds will not be issued for lost or delivered goods if the customer provides an incorrect address.
