If your camera is damaged, Insta360 replaces it and covers shipping both ways. You pay a replacement fee of AED 232 each time you use the service, far less than the cost of a repair.
Eligibility: Available for genuine Insta360 Luna Ultra cameras bought from Insta360, from insta360.ae (the official Insta360 store in the UAE) or from another authorised Insta360 retailer, that have not been activated or were activated less than 30 days ago.
